الاتجاه الابداعي في تفسير القران الكريم

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث الاتجاه الإبداعي في التفسير بصورة عامة ليعطي القارئ الكريم تصوراً علمياً عن أبرز الجوانب الإبداعية التي تطرق إليها المفسرون في تفاسيرهم المختلفة والمتعددة. ولقد اختار الباحث من خلال هذا البحث الحديث حول الإبداع ومفهومه، والتفسير ومفهومه، والفرق بينه وبين التأويل، والمقصود بالاتجاه التفسيري، وتحدث حول ثلاثة اتجاهات تفسيرية وهي: التفسير بالمأثور، والتفسير بالرأي باعتبارهما اتجاهات تفسيرية قديمة وشهيرة، واتجاه التفسير العلمي باعتباره قديم جديد، ثم أبرز البحث اتجاه التفسير التجديدي الإبداعي المقاصدي لدى ابن عاشور باعتباره من التفاسير الحديثة، ولا يعني ذلك تغطية جميع الاتجاهات التفسيرية، فهناك اتجاه التفسير الفقهي، واتجاه التفسير الموضوعي، واتجاه التفسير الأدبي الاجتماعي، وغيرها من الاتجاهات. وقد الباحث أراد من ذلك إعطاء لمحة موجزة ومفيدة حول الاتجاه الإبداعي في التفسير، ليصل بالقارئ إلى أنه إذا توفرت دواعي الاجتهاد والاستنباط، وشروط المفسر فإن المجال فسيح لتفسير آيات القرآن وفق الضوابط التفسيرية التي لا تخرج القرآن عن مقصوده، وتسعى لتوسيع دلالات القرآن، وإعمال المقاصد القرآنية في التفسير ليتناسب بذلك مع واقع المجتمع وأحوال العصر، وأن باب التدبر مفتوح لمن أراد أن يلجه، والعصمة للقرآن ثابتة، أمَّا الأقوال التفسيرية فهي اجتهادات تتباين، ورؤى تختلف من مفسر إلى آخر. ولقد سلك الباحث في ذلك المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع النصوص والأقوال والشواهد، ثم المنهج التحليلي لدراسة تلك النصوص والأقوال والشواهد، وإبراز الجوانب الإبداعية التي مارسها المفسرون، مع بعض التوضيح لمنهج ابن عاشور الإبداعي من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير

الفرق بين الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مسألة من المسائل الهامة التي تُشْكِل على الكثير من الناس فضلاً عن طلبة العلم، وهي مسألة التمييز بين الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع، وما يتفرع عنها من اللبس الحاصل عند البعض في القبول بسماع قراءة أخرى لدرجة الاستنكار بالرغم من تواتر تلك القراءة ونهي العلماء عن التفضيل بينها وبين قراءة أخرى متواترة. ويسلك الباحث في بحثه هذا طريقةً متميزة يتناول من خلالها الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع تعريفاً وتحليلاً يجلي الأمر ويكشف الإشكال في قوالب واضحة، وفروق بارزة، وتوضيحات تزيل اللبس، وترفع الإشكال، كما يبرز جوانب الاتفاق بين الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع، ثم أبرز جوانب الاختلاف؛ وذلك زيادة في التوضيح، وإحاطة بالمسألة من أطرافها، ومن جميع جوانبها المختلفة والمتشعبة. ويعتمد الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي للكشف عن الأقوال المختلفة والمتعددة في الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع، من خلال تتبع الأقوال وإيضاحها، وإيراد الراجح منها، ثم المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي وذلك من خلال استنباط جوانب الاتفاق والاختلاف وإيضاحها في نقاط يسهل حفظها وفهمها، مع التحليل للأقوال المتقدمة وكشف الغموض عنها. ومن أهم النتائج التي يتوقع الباحث الوصول إليها أن من أبرز الفروق بين الأحرف السبعة والقراءات السبع أن الأحرف السبعة أعم وأشمل وأوسع مفهوماً ومدلولاً من القراءات السبع، وغير ذلك من النتائج

مناهج تعليم القرآن الكريم في ماليزيا: مؤسسة إتقان نموذجاً

ملخص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بمناهج تعليم القرآن الكريم عموماً، وإلى التعريف بمنهج مؤسسة إتقان لتعليم القرآن الكريم بماليزيا، وذلك من خلال النظر في الطرق المتبعة والوسائل المختارة لدى الجهات والمراكز والمدارس والدور وحلقات القرآن الكريم، والنظر في أوجه ملائمة هذه المناهج لواقع المتعلمين وقدراتهم بما يلبي أهداف الجميع في حفظ الله كتاب الله الكريم على أتم وجه، وأصوب طريق. وقد سلك البحث المنهج الوصفي للتعريف بمكونات المناهج وطرائقها في تعليم القرآن الكريم، ومن ثم وصف منهج مؤسسة إتقان لتعليم القرآن الكريم وأهم تفصيلاته، كما اتبع البحث المنهج التحليلي في مقارنة تلك المناهج ببعضها، مع تحليل منهج مؤسسة إتقان لتعليم القرآن الكريم ومدى ملائمته لغير الناطقين بالعربية. وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: أهمية وضوح المنهج المتبع في تعليم القرآن الكريم للوصول إلى أفضل النماذج الموجوة، وكذلك ضرورة التلقين باعتباره أساس تقويم النطق خاصة عند غير الناطقين بالعربية، كما خلص البحث ضرورة التجديد في الوسائل المعينة للحفظ والمراجعة والتلقين والتحويد النظري

دور المدرسة اليمنية المعاصرة في تعليم ونشر القرآن الكريم والقراءات في مملكة ماليزيا: مؤسسة إتقان للتعليم أنموذجًا = Role of the contemporary Yemeni school in teaching and disseminating the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation in the Kingdom of Malaysia: ITQAN Education Foundation as a model

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بدور المدرسة اليمنية المعاصرة في تعليم ونشر القرآن الكريم والقراءات في مملكة ماليزيا، ويبرز الدور الرائد لمؤسسة إتقان للتعليم، وإسهاماتها في نشر القرآن الكريم والقراءات القرآنية باعتبارها امتدادًا للمدرسة اليمنية في حمل وأداء رسالة التعليم القرآني خارج اليمن، حيث قام على وضع لبناتها الأولى كفاءات يمنية من الأكاديمين والمشايخ والتربوين والخبراء والمعلمين. ويسلك هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي في توصيف الدور اليمني سواءً عن طريق الأفراد أو عن طريق المؤسسات، وكذلك بيان رؤية المؤسسة ورسالتها وأهدافها، والتعريف ببرامجها وأنشطتها ومنتجاتها التعليمية، ثم المنهج التحليلي لتفسير دوافع تلك الأدوار وتحليل مفرادت ومميزات تلك البرامج ومناقشة محتواياتها ومدى اتساقها مع أنماط التعليم القرآني الأكاديمي المعاصر. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: أن الدور اليمني لنشر وتعليم القرآن والقراءات بدء منذ وصول الإسلام إلى أرخبيل الملايو، وامتد واتسع حتى عصرنا الحاضر. وأن دور مؤسسة إتقان للتعليم لم يقتصر على تعليم القرآن الكريم والقراءات لأبناء ماليزيا بل تعدى إلى تعليم الوافدين والمقيمين والزائرين كما أن خبرة المؤسسة في هذا المجال جعلتها تمد أيدي التعاون للدول المجاورة مثل أندونسيا وسنغافورة. ومن نتائج البحث أيضًا أن للمؤسسة أبعادًا تعليمية وطموحات تأهيلية تتواكب وروح التعليم المعاصر في بناء المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وتصميم المناهج المصاحبة لتعليم القرآن الكريم والقراءات القرآنية. Abstract This research aims to publicize the role of the contemporary Yemeni school in teaching and disseminating the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation in the Kingdom of Malaysia, and to highlight the leading role of ITQAN Education Foundation and its contributions in disseminating the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation as an extension of the Yemeni school in carrying out the mission of Quranic education outside Yemen, whose inception contributors include Yemeni talents such as academics, sheikhs, educators, experts, and teachers. This research follows a descriptive inductive approach in the characterization of the Yemeni role whether through individuals or institutions, as well as the mission, vision and aims of the Foundation, in addition to introducing its programs, activities and educational products. The research also follows the analytical method to explain the motives of those roles and the characteristics analysis of those programs, discussing their contents and consistency with the contemporary academic Quranic education patterns. The most notable findings of the research include: The Yemeni role in disseminating and teaching the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation started since Islam reached the Malay Archipelago and has expanded until the present age. The role of ITQAN Education Foundation was not limited to teaching the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation to Malaysians, but also to teaching expatriates, residents, and visitors. The Foundation’s experience in this field has enabled it to extend its hands of cooperation to neighboring countries such as Indonesia and Singapore. Besides, the Foundation has educational dimensions and qualifying ambitions that are in line with the spirit of contemporary education in building electronic educational platforms and designing curricula accompanying the teaching of the Holy Quran and its modes of recitation

أضرار المخدرات على العقل في ضوء المقاصد القرآنية

ABSTRACT This research aims at exposing the side effects and harm of drugs on human health in general and human mind in particular. The research is based on the objectives of the Quran forbidding this issue in order to reveal its clandestine and objectives which has emerged as an Islamic approach with a vast experience and as role model in changing human being. On the other hand, the research contributes to the clarification of the relationship and the Objective of the prohibition of drugs, and honouring of the mind, in discussing about the mind and its importance, and the purposes of the Quran aiming at preserve it, and the effects and damages that it causes while consuming drugs. This research has used an inductive approach to collect the evidences from the Quran and other proofs related to the subject of the research, then the analytical method is used for the analysis of these texts, evidences and statements, in order to derive the wisdoms and Objectives behind it. The research has come up with many findings, which include: The objectives of the Quran which represents the fundamentals of Islam and the foundations of its creed and Sharia, and therefore contain elements of stability, and harmony in empowering the Islamic thought in various aspects, including the fact that the size of the disastrous effects of drug abuse evident in the proliferation of social ills lethal in the community like embezzlement of money, and damage caused to the health, social and effectspsychological.Therefore,this leads us to say that the wisdom of the Quran and objectives of the prohibition are extremely clear .The `principle of the pros and cons seem evident when raised on the issue of the prohibition of alcohol, which confirms our keen Quranic approach aimed at achieving happiness and success for every human being.

التفسير المقاصدي للقران الكريم: مفهومه وابرز مميزاته

ملخص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع معالم للتفسير المقاصدي باعتباره نوعاً تفسيرياً يبحث في دلالات النص وغاياته وعلله مع الاستفادة من قواعد التفسير الأخرى كاللغة والمأثور والسياق وأسباب النزول وغيرها. ويتناول البحث التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم من حيث التعريف به وإبراز أهم الفروق والمميزات التي تميزه عن غيره من أنواع التفاسير الأخرى كالتفسير بالمأثور، والتفسير بالرأي، والتفسير الموضوعي، والتفسير الفقهي، والتفسير التحليلي، والتفسير العلمي، ويحاول الباحث تجلية مفهوم التفسير المقاصدي وكشف اللبس الحاصل في استخدام المقاصد القرآنية بين رواد التفسير المقاصدي والحداثيين الذين جعلوا المقاصد حاكمة على النص. ويستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي لبيان جذور مصطلح المقاصد القرآنية وتجلية الصلات بين التفسير المقاصدي وأنواع التفاسير الأخرى، ثم المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي لوضع التعريف المناسب للتفسير المقاصدي، وإبراز أهم الفروق والصلات بينه وأنواع التفاسير الأخرى. ويخلص البحث إلى العديد من النتائج

Qadhaya al-Mar’ah al-Ijtima’iyah al-Haditsah ‘Inda Zainab Al-Ghazali Fi Tafsiriha “Nazharat Fi Kitabillah”

Abstract Zainab Muhammad Al-Ghazali was one of the greatest women who had a real contribution to the modern interpretation of the Holy Quran to overcome the whole Islamic civilization’s problems. Her masterpiece “Nadzarat Fi Kitabillah” is becoming one of the important references in this century and included as the social interpretation book. This magnum opus of Zainab Al-Ghazali has several advantages that are focused on social problems, in particular, the role of women and family issues in this modern era in the Quran with the clear explanations and sample. Moreover, the work of Zainab Al-Ghazali was supported by elements of bil ma’tsur which are revealing the meaning of the Quran by Quran, and by Hadits of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him, also by the explanation of companions. This research focused on four famous issues among women which are the witnesseth of women, polygamy, inheritance and the men leadership over women, inductive and analytical method that will be adopted. This inquiry has the same important results, First, oblivion is the biggest cause of the testimony of the two women is equivalent to the testimony of a man. Secondly, in the case of polygamy, Zainab refers to the majority opinion of the scholars and advises women to be the best partner in life. Third, the inheritance right in a woman according to of Zainab Al-Ghazali perception is determined by God. Fourthly, the meaning of qawamah is the responsibility to fill all material needs and to be a good partner for his family

منهج التفسير الموضوعي عند محمد الغزالي بين النظرية والتطبيق= Thematic Tafsīr Approach of Mohammed al-Ghazali between theory and practice

ملخص البحث إن القرآن الكريم كتاب صالح لكل زمان ومكان، ولذلك تظهر في كل فترة تفاسير جديدة. ومن التفاسير المعاصرة، هذا اللون الجديد المسمى بالتفسير الموضوعي. يأتي هذا البحث لدراسة منهج أحد رواده محمد الغزالي في كتابه المحاور الخمسة للقرآن الكريم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف وتقييم منهج محمد الغزالي في كتابه المحاور الخمسة للقرآن الكريم، والباحثة في هذه الدراسة اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي حيث قامت باستقراء الكتب المتعلقة بالموضوع وعلى رأسها كتاب المحاور الخمسة للقرآن الكريم، ثم تحليل مضامينها. وتوصل الباحثان إلى أن التعريف المختار للتفسير الموضوعي هو علم يتناول القضايا حسب المقاصد القرآنية من خلال سورة أو أكثر، وأن اهتمام محمد الغزالي بالتفسير يأتي في سياق جهوده الإصلاحية، ومن الخصائص الإجمالية لتفسيره الوحدة الموضوعية في القرآن، ربط القرآن بالواقع، الإيجاز، والتعامل مع القرآن ككتاب هداية، ومن الخصائص الجزئية في تفسيره ربط القرآن بالحقائق العلمية، توظيف ملابسات النزول والتاريخ، تقديم ظاهر القرآن على الخبر الواحد، وتوسيع دائرة الشهادة وتضييق دائرة الغيب، وأن كتابه كتاب قيم لدراسة نموذج المنهج الموضوعي في التفسير. الكلمات المفتاحية: التفسير الموضوعي، منهج، الغزالي. Abstract The Holy Qur’ān is an extraordinary book at all times and places; therefore new interpretations emerge in every period. Among many contemporary interpretations, there is one type of interpretation called the thematic interpretation of the Qur’ān. This study aims to explore, examine, and evaluate the methodologies used by Muhammad Al-Ghazālī in his masterpiece - The Five Central Theme of the Holy Qur’ān. The researcher in this study followed the analytical inductive method, where she extrapolated the books related to the subject, first and foremost the book of The Five Central Theme of the Holy Qur’ān and analyzing their contents. The researcher concluded that the chosen definition for thematic interpretation is a science that deals with certain issues according to the objectives of the Qur’an through one or more Surahs. The studiousness of Muhammad al-Ghazālī in the interpretation of the Qur’ān comes in the context of his reform efforts. The general features of his thematic interpretation of the Qur’ān include linking the Qur’ān with realities and approaching the Qur’ān as a book of guidance. The specific features include linking the Qur’ān to science, relating the circumstances of descent and history with the verses, choosing the direct meaning of the Qur’ān over contradict Hadīth Aḥad (Isolated), and expanding the circle of the seen and narrowing the circle of the unseen. زواج المسلم من الكتابية في العصر الحاضر في ضوء التفسير الاجتماعي= The Marriage between a Muslim Man and a Kitābī Woman in light of Contemporary Sociological Exegeses

ABSTRACT This research discusses an important contemporary issue that is the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (kitābiyyah) in light of contemporary sociological exegesis. Many Muslims, for various reasons, migrated to the West and had to adapt and assimilate themselves. As such, some of them also desire to marry locals from the People of the Book. Consequently, many issues arise from the marriage of a Muslim man to kitābiyyah, especially that related to aḥkām. Although this issue was addressed by jurists and exegetes of the past, yet contemporary sociological exegetes have formulated new forms of rulings pertaining to this issue. The researchers explore the opinions of the contemporary exegetes, especially those affiliated with the school sociological exegesis, on resolving this issue in light of the Qurʾān
